The scan isn't recognizing my label. Make sure both the nutrition facts and ingredients list are visible and well-lit in the photo. Try to keep the label flat and avoid glare.

The analysis result looks incorrect. foodscan reads the label as-is. If the photo was blurry or partially cut off, try scanning again with a clearer shot. Results are for reference only and may vary.

Which languages are supported? foodscan currently supports Korean and English nutrition labels.

Where is my scan history stored? All scan history is stored locally on your device. If you delete and reinstall the app, your history cannot be recovered.

Is my data shared with anyone? Your photo is sent to our AI server only during analysis and is not stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What does the health score mean? The score (0–100) reflects a combination of nutritional balance, ingredient quality, and processing level. It is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
